Led by our cofounder, actress, filmmaker, and health advocate Halle Berry, Respin Health is on a mission to close the gap in care for midlife women by providing scientifically-backed, community-driven solutions that inspire, educate, and empower.

We believe in building a brand that listens and responds to the needs of women 45-65, a demographic often overlooked in healthcare. Our goal is to not only address their physical health but also to create a supportive environment where they can thrive in all aspects of their well-being.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Health Coach to be the welcoming first point of contact for our members. This role is critical in ensuring that each member feels supported, heard, and ready to begin their personalized health journey. You will be responsible for onboarding new members, guiding them through their customized care plan, and building rapport to ensure they feel empowered to engage with our program. You’ll work closely with our science team, health coaches, and members to ensure that each individual’s health journey is calibrated to their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome & Build Rapport: Create a warm, welcoming environment for new members and guide them through their onboarding experience.
• Discuss Member’s Story: Listen actively to the member’s health story, challenges, and personal goals to help tailor the care plan and ensure it aligns with their needs.
• Calibrate Care Plans: Review the personalized care plan created based on the member’s intake survey answers. Walk them through the details of the plan and ensure they understand the goals and steps ahead.
• Build Excitement & Engagement: Summarize the key takeaways from the onboarding call, outline next steps, and encourage members to engage with the community, workshops & resources for ongoing motivation and support.
• Collaborate with Coaches: Coordinate with our network of health coaches, ensuring they’re informed about new members joining their group sessions. Maintain clear communication and manage expectations.
