About the team:

You’ll be joining our engineering team led by VP of Engineering Jackie Ta who brings a decade of experience in health tech startups. She was one of the founding engineers for multiple teams that either achieved IPO or were acquired. At Respin Health, cross-functional collaboration is key; you'll work daily with colleagues in product, marketing, science, strategy & operations, in addition to engineering. This is a foundational opportunity to influence both technical direction and culture.

About the role:

We’re looking for a senior fullstack engineer to take ownership of our web and backend stack - someone who can help shape the product direction as well as implement the vision. You’ll be upgrading and redesigning the existing codebase while incorporating new web features and providing APIs to the mobile app. You will also be supporting and mentoring our junior engineer to use best practices in coding, architecture, and software development methodologies.

We collaborate with the designer, CEO, and other operational leaders to define the product and sequence the work. This is a great opportunity for a strong engineer and lead who is passionate about our mission.
